AICom (“Company,” “we,” or “us”) is committed to maintaining a high standard of customer satisfaction. This Refund Policy governs the terms and conditions under which refunds may be issued for purchases of our products and services. By completing a purchase, the customer (“you” or “the purchaser”) agrees to the terms set forth herein.
To initiate a refund request, you must contact our support team at support@aicom.co
within the applicable refund period stated below. Your request must include your full name and the email address associated with your purchase.
All approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Processing times may vary based on your financial institution or payment provider and typically range from five (5) to ten (10) business days.
For purchases of the AI Commerce Academy, the Company offers a seven (7) day full refund guarantee, no questions asked. The refund period begins at the exact date and time of purchase as recorded by our payment processor.
After the expiration of the seven (7) day refund period, no refunds will be granted under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
Inability to access the program due to technical issues on the purchaser’s device, internet connection, or software configuration;
Dissatisfaction with course content or perceived results;
Failure to request a refund within the designated refund period; or
Any other reason not expressly permitted under this policy.
In the event of technical or access-related issues, our support team will make reasonable and timely efforts to resolve the matter prior to issuing a refund determination. Customers are encouraged to contact support@aicom.co
immediately if they experience any such issues.
While this policy provides a clear and consistent framework for refunds, the Company reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to consider refund requests submitted outside the designated refund period under exceptional circumstances. Any such decisions shall not constitute a waiver of this policy or create a precedent for future cases.
This Refund Policy is intended to provide a reasonable and transparent framework for refunds while preserving the integrity and intellectual property of AICom products. The Company reserves the right to interpret and enforce this policy at its sole discretion, consistent with applicable law.
