
AICom (“Company,” “we,” or “us”) provides educational, strategic, and advisory services through its mastermind program(s). This Refund Policy governs all purchases and participation in the AICom Academy. By completing a purchase, you (“you,” “the client,” or “the purchaser”) acknowledge, understand, and agree to all terms set forth in this policy without exception.
All purchases of the AICom Academy are final and non-refundable.Due to the nature of mastermind programs—including immediate access to proprietary strategies, live sessions, community participation, confidential discussions, and intellectual property—no refunds, chargebacks, or payment reversals are permitted under any circumstances.
By enrolling, you expressly waive any right to dispute, request, or demand a refund.
In lieu of a refund policy, the Company provides a results-based support guarantee, subject to strict conditions.
The Company commits to continuing to provide access, guidance, and support within the mastermind framework until you generate the profit outcome explicitly stated in the program offer, provided that you:
Actively participate in the mastermind;
Attend or properly consume the required sessions and materials;
Implement the strategies as instructed;
Follow all program guidelines, rules, and ethical standards;
Communicate obstacles in a timely manner;
Act in good faith with genuine intent to execute.
This guarantee does not constitute a promise of income, nor does it imply that results are guaranteed by mere participation.
Clients who enrolled in the AICom Academy through a qualifying webinar are eligible for the $1,000 Cash Out Guarantee, subject to the following conditions. All conditions must be fully satisfied to qualify. No exceptions will be made.
To be eligible, you must:
1. Complete the full eight (8) weeks of the program, including attendance or documented consumption of all required sessions and materials within the program period;
2. Have an approved store. Your store must have been reviewed and formally approved by an AICom coach prior to submitting a guarantee claim; and
3. Have satisfied at least 50% of your outstanding balance if you enrolled using financing. Clients who have not met this payment threshold are not eligible to submit a claim.
The $1,000 Cash Out Guarantee is not a refund. It is a conditional performance commitment available exclusively to qualifying webinar enrollees. The Company retains sole discretion to verify eligibility and determine whether all conditions have been met prior to honoring any claim.
Clients who do not satisfy all three conditions are not eligible for the guarantee and remain subject to the No Refunds policy stated above.
If you do the work, we'll keep working with you until it pays off.
The Learn Until You Earn Guarantee is our commitment to stay by your side, with continued coaching and support, until you've earned back your investment. This is not a refund. It's proof that we believe in this program, and in you.
TO QUALIFY, YOU MUST:
1. Watch at least 60% of the program, including any missed live sessions consumed as recordings within the program period; and
2. Launch at least one product, including running paid ads and collecting product reviews.
Once both conditions are met, submit your eligibility claim and an AICom coach will review it within a timely manner.
This guarantee is available exclusively to clients who enrolled through a qualifying webinar. The Company retains sole discretion to verify eligibility and determine whether all conditions have been met.
The Company reserves the sole and absolute right to determine whether a client is:
Actively participating;
Implementing in good faith;
Acting in alignment with the mastermind structure.
Failure to meet these standards immediately releases the Company from any obligation to provide continued support, extended access, or further services.
No refunds will be issued in such cases.
Refunds will not be granted for, including but not limited to:
Dissatisfaction with content, delivery style, group dynamics, or other participants;
Perceived lack of results or slower-than-expected progress;
Business, financial, or personal circumstances;
Failure to implement or incomplete implementation;
Technical issues related to the client’s hardware, software, internet connection, or third-party platforms;
Removal or voluntary withdrawal from the mastermind;
Violation of community rules or code of conduct.
The Company will make reasonable efforts to resolve access or technical issues. Technical difficulties do not constitute grounds for refunds, partial refunds, or payment reversals.

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute constitutes a material breach of this policy and the program terms. The Company reserves the right to:
Immediately revoke access to all programs and services;
Contest the chargeback with evidence of delivery and access;
Pursue collection or legal remedies where applicable.
This Refund Policy is intended to protect the integrity, confidentiality, and intellectual property of the mastermind. The Company retains the exclusive right to interpret and enforce this policy at its sole discretion, in accordance with applicable law.
